Rocky Spin Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rossobash SRL, the company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica that operates Rocky Spin. This agreement governs account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. Game fairness and RNG integrity are independently certified by eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International. By accessing or using the Rocky Spin service, you accept these terms in full.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep that information up to date. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. You must complete identity, address, and payment-instrument verification before any withdrawal is processed; documents are reviewed within approximately 24 hours of submission. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that breaches these terms, and to withhold balances where a breach is established.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, and Tron. The minimum deposit is approximately €25, varying by country and payment method; a minimum deposit of €20 qualifies for welcome bonus offers. All payment instruments must be personally owned and name-matched to your account; deposits made from shared, business, or third-party accounts may be confiscated. Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method and are subject to a minimum of €50, rising to €120 depending on your country of residence and chosen method. Withdrawal limits are set at €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month at base loyalty rank, with higher caps available at elevated loyalty tiers; current limits are displayed in the Cashier. Casino-side processing takes up to 72 hours, with cryptocurrency withdrawals typically completing within 24 hours end to end; card payouts are routed via Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer, and acceptance by your issuing bank is not guaranteed. Deposited funds must be wagered three times before a withdrawal request will be processed, in accordance with our AML obligations.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers. Casino bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount; sportsbook bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement; cashback carries a 1x requirement. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is €5; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The welcome package spans three deposits and offers up to €2,500 plus 250 free spins, with free spin winnings capped at €50 and total bonus cashout capped at ten times the bonus value. Bonus validity is 7 days for welcome and reload bonuses and 14 days for other offers; free spins are activated within 3 days and must be used within 7 days. Game contribution towards wagering varies: slots contribute 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time, and entering a promotional code when the welcome package is active will void that package. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where we determine that bonus abuse, advantage play, or misuse of promotional offers has occurred.

Responsible gambling

We provide deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion as tools to support responsible gambling. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected] . If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, it will be escalated to a senior member of the support department; we acknowledge escalated complaints within 7 days and provide a final response within 30 days of receipt. Where a dispute concerns a game outcome, the server logs held by Rocky Spin constitute the authoritative record. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant authority under the laws of Costa Rica, as set out on our Dispute Resolution page.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and, where the change is material, by notifying you via email or an on-site notice. The revised terms take effect on the date stated in the update notice. Continued use of the Rocky Spin service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
